Jack Kelly

Interim Chief Legal Officer

John (“Jack”) Kelly is the interim Chief Legal Officer at Axiom Space, bringing broad expertise in equity and debt financings, M&A, corporate governance, contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and strategic projects. He also serves as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at IBX. Jack has held leadership positions at Supernal (a part of Hyundai Motor Group), Aerion Supersonic, and GE Aviation. Earlier in his career, he was a litigation and technical transactions attorney at Covington & Burling LLP, clerked for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and worked at Finnegan Henderson LLP. He holds an engineering degree from the University of Michigan and a law degree from George Washington University Law School.
